Intent:
As early as possible after the initial contact is getting a form of communication going. This allows us
to assign an ID number and begin collecting information on that contact early on. Later in the process we will go
into the details about the individual.
Benefit:
By creating a central place to gather enough intelligence we can decide what action is appropriate
next.
Definition
ID represents a numeric sequence assigned to a contact. It is used to link the contact to projects and
other correspondence. In order to achieve the ID requirements, at least one or more of these methods of communication
must be obtained: an address, a phone number, a fax number or an email address.
