    Determine the value of a project and what resources will be dedicated to support the project further.

Benefit:
    In getting as much information as early as possible, which we will be able to make an intelligent decision on if the project should be pursued.

Examples:
    In evaluating a project, we not only evaluate according to how long it might take in the factory but when they need the material. We would also determine if they were an existing customer, of which we would give them preferential treatment.

Definition
    Determining the value of this project to the factory, what is the value of the customer to us, and what is the duration of the project in terms of meeting the customer’s expected needs.
